If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received or if you ordered the wrong one, please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt. (No returns beyond 30 of receipt) We will send a replacement check less the shipping charges and the 3% merchant credit card fee. You will be responsible for the guaranteed return shipping cost back to us. A 10% restocking fee may also apply. If we were responsible for the mix-up, we will make it right.
