Orders canceled after payment is submitted but before shipping is subject to a 3% non-refundable merchant credit card fee.
For orders canceled after shipping, you will be responsible for return shipping, a 10% restocking fee, a 3% merchant credit card fee of the original amount, and the original shipping charges. A return authorization (RA#) within 30 days of receipt will be required to return any product for a refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received or if it is the wrong one, please contact us for a return authorization (RA#) within 30 days of receipt. We will either issue a replacement check or a replacement less shipping charges, a 10% restocking fee, and 3% merchant credit card fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. If we are responsible for shipping the wrong product we will replace it at no cost to you.
