A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you received or if you ordered the wrong one, please contact us for a return authorization (RA#) within 30 days of receipt. We will either issue a replacement check or a replacement less shipping charges, a 10% restocking fee, and 3% merchant credit card fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. If we are responsible for shipping the wrong product we will replace it at no cost to you.
